At Stay Norte, we support owners in the management and development of their tourist rentals in northern Portugal.
Our approach is based on a simple conviction: to manage a property effectively, you need to understand the expectations of travelers, but also the challenges faced by owners. Profitability, quality of stay, property maintenance, cost control, and peace of mind are all elements that must be considered on a daily basis.
That's why our business is based on concrete experience in short-term rentals. We ourselves own and operate the properties we manage, which allows us to understand the realities on the ground, the operational constraints, and the decisions that truly influence a property's performance.
This dual experience, as both owner and manager, guides our way of working: rigorous management, attention to detail and solutions tailored to each property, rather than a standardized approach.
A management team that is involved on a daily basis
At Stay Norte, we have chosen a human-sized structure, in which we remain directly involved in each project.
Our skills are complementary. Jérémy focuses on marketing strategy, creating and optimizing listings, and overall marketing. Laura is more operationally oriented, handling on-the-ground organization and the day-to-day management of the properties.
This complementarity allows us to maintain a comprehensive view of each property, from its development to its day-to-day management.
We are not looking to increase the number of properties at the expense of service quality. We want to develop Stay Norte in a controlled manner, maintaining a direct relationship with owners and a real involvement in the management of their properties.

Founders and Directors
Behind Stay Norte are Laura and Jérémy, two founders involved daily in the development of the company and the operation of our properties.
Our backgrounds and our French and Portuguese origins allow us to understand owners with varied profiles, especially those who wish to invest or develop their rental business in Portugal while benefiting from close support.
As owners and operators, we know that a property represents much more than just a rental unit. It's an investment, a project, and often several years of work. We understand the questions that arise, the trade-offs that need to be made, and the importance of being able to rely on dependable, available, and transparent people.
This is the experience we wish to share with the owners who entrust us with their property. We prioritize a direct relationship, simple communication, and support where everyone knows who to contact.
